HPS Property Preservation is a bonded and insured, full-service, property preservation and maintenance company for the state of Indiana, Southern Michigan and Western Ohio.  We specialize in, but are not limited to, REO and forclosure services for banks, asset management companies and local Indiana REO agents and realtors.
 
Our company has been focused primarily on property preservation for 3 years, but has been in the business of home construction and rehabilitation for over 15 years.  Our contractors consist of specialists in HVAC, electricians, plumbing and general contracting.
